PET FRIENDLY!** Relax with your guests at this peaceful lakefront retreat located in Gravois Mills at the 46-mile marker, just off the main channel next to Station 46 Marina. This new construction home features an open floor plan with dining, kitchen, living room on the main floor providing lots of space to gather. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with king beds, one featuring an en suite, a third bedroom with 2 built in bunk beds, and a shared full bath. The lower level features a king bedroom, full bath, and rec room. The home has both an upper and lower deck where you’ll have plenty of room to entertain or sit and watch the sunrise in the morning.
To make your stay more enjoyable, this home is equipped with Fiber internet and TVs with Roku so you can watch your favorite streaming service while you’re here.

Beautiful quiet lake house
We have nothing but amazing things to say about this home and Station 46! We last minute had to find a place to stay due to issues with our previous rental and Lori was amazing! We were unfamiliar with this end of the lake but loved the location, the home, the people at Station 46 and the quietness of the area that we booked for next summer already. We are a big family with 2 dogs and this place was perfect! Plenty of space, comfortable, swim dock was amazing. Marina and boat dock was close and easily accessible. Could not have asked for a better experience and vacation with Lori and Station 46!
Beautiful house
All we can say is wow. Great place and even greater people. This is like our new home away from home.
Great Place and Great People
We stayed at this property for two nights and it is perfect. Lori, the broker, was so accommodating and was willing to help with anything. The house was clean and it is a beautiful property. Much better than the other houses we have rented in the area. Price is also very reasonable.
